Kaila OS is a voice-first AI assistant that helps you prepare for meetings — it scores your meetings by importance, generates prep packs with talking points and likely questions, and lets you rehearse with AI. It also manages your calendar, tasks, notes, contacts, and more through natural conversation.

Download Kaila OS from the App Store, create an account, and start talking. Tap the orb and speak naturally — for example, "Schedule a meeting tomorrow at 2pm" or "Remind me to call Mom this evening." You can also type if you prefer.

The core feature is meeting prep — Kaila scores every meeting on your calendar by importance, generates structured prep packs (talking points, likely questions, risks), and lets you rehearse with AI before high-stakes calls. Beyond that, you can manage calendar events, create and track tasks, save and search notes, store contacts, set reminders, search the web, find nearby places, and organize projects — all through voice or text.

Your data is stored securely and encrypted. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Voice recordings are processed in real time and not stored after transcription. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No — Kaila OS supports both voice and text input. You can tap the orb to speak, or use the text input field to type your requests. The assistant responds the same way regardless of input method.

Yes. While Kaila OS is designed as a voice-first experience, you can type any request using the text input field. This is useful in quiet environments or when you prefer typing.

Kaila OS currently supports English. We are working on adding support for additional languages in future updates.

You can delete your account by going to Settings within the app and selecting "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. You can also contact us at support@kailaos.com to request account deletion.
